Rachelle Ellis

Rachelle Ellis, MSW, is an accomplished professional in grant management and social services with extensive experience in public funding. Currently serving as Public Grants Manager at YWCA Evanston/North Shore since March 2021, Rachelle develops and manages public funding portfolios throughout the pre-award and post-award lifecycle and oversees data analysis processes.
