Leadership Team

The Leadership Team at YWCA Golden Gate Silicon Valley is responsible for steering the organization towards its mission to eliminate racism, empower women, and promote peace, justice, freedom, and dignity for all. Comprising the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Program Officer of Economic Opportunity and Social Justice, and Chief Operating Officer, the team oversees strategic planning, program implementation, and operational management to ensure effective delivery of services, community education, and advocacy efforts. They collaborate to address pressing community needs and drive systemic change towards greater equity and justice.
