Juwana Glover has a diverse range of work experience. Juwana most recently served as the Chief Operating Officer at Bethany House Services starting in May 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Program Coordinator at the Traumatic Stress Institute from May 2021 to May 2022. From August 2020 to June 2021, they held the position of Senior Director of Residential and Non-Residential DV Services at YWCA Greater Cincinnati. Before that, they were the Director of Residential DV Services at the same organization from September 2018 to August 2020. Juwana also has experience as the Director of Batterers' Intervention and Prevention Programs at YWCA of Greater Cincinnati from August 2012 to July 2015. In addition, they have held roles such as Director of Housing Operations at Talbert House from August 2015 to September 2018, Program Manager at Boys and Girls Club of Arlington from October 2011 to May 2012, Girls Program Coordinator at YWCA of Greater Cincinnati from October 2009 to August 2011, and Tutor Coordinator at YMCA of Greater Cincinnati from September 2007 to January 2010.
Juwana Glover obtained a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Mount St. Joseph University in 2008. In 2010, they completed a Master's degree in Social Work Administration from the University of Cincinnati. Juwana is currently pursuing a Doctor of Education (EdD) degree in Performance Improvement Leadership from Capella University, which they expect to complete in 2023. In addition, they obtained a Certified Occupancy Specialist certification from the National Center for Housing Management in April 2016.
