Kristi Rohrkasse is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in youth development and equity leadership. Currently serving as Equity Leadership Manager and Rising Star Manager at YWCA Greater Cincinnati since April 2017, Rohrkasse previously held roles at YMCA of Greater Cincinnati, including Senior Program Director and Family Life Director, where responsibilities encompassed managing youth programs and overseeing staff teams. Rohrkasse also served as After School Program Coordinator, demonstrating strong organizational skills while managing a significant grant and enhancing community engagement. Earlier experience includes teaching language arts at Miamisburg High School and supporting college students with disabilities. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Education and a Bachelor's Degree in English and Language Arts Education from Wright State University, complemented by participation in the YMCA of the USA leadership programs.
