Cynthia Kim

Cynthia Kim is the Head of Consumer Data and Analytics at CIT Bank. In this role she is responsible for supporting the data, reporting, and analytical needs of the Consumer Bank, which includes the Southern California branch network, the national online bank, and consumer lending activities.

In 2013, Cynthia joined CIT (previously OneWest Bank) as the Head of Consumer Financial Planning and Analysis running the budgeting and planning for the Consumer Bank. In 2016, she kicked off the Women’s Initiative Network Chapter in SoCal (now “BeYou Women”) as Chapter Co-Chair. Prior to joining CIT, she was a Strategy Consultant for Farmers Insurance, responsible for enterprise-wide strategy formulation and internal innovation development workshops. Cynthia has held numerous management roles, including 20+ years of Finance and Consulting experience in the healthcare and retail sector. She currently serves as the Board Chairwoman of the National Eczema Association, and has also held the CFO role for the non-profit.

Cynthia earned a BS from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, an MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business, and an MPH from Columbia University. Outside of work, she loves to spend time with her husband John and their five kids.
