Kimberly Stemley

Kimberly Stemley has extensive work experience in various leadership positions. Kimberly is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at YWCA Metro St. Louis, a leading advocate for the safety and stability of women and children. Prior to this role, they worked as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at Rx Outreach, a nonprofit mail order pharmacy focused on providing affordable medications to low-income individuals and families. Kimberly also served as the Controller at Innoventor, a design and manufacturing engineering firm, and as a Manager in Financial Reporting at AT&T, the largest telecommunications company in the world. Kimberly began their career as an Auditor in the Assurance Practice at Ernst & Young, where they gained valuable experience in risk management and regulatory compliance.

Kimberly Stemley earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Tennessee State University, completing their studies from 1997 to 2000.
