Program Manager, YWCA Higher Ground at YWCA Metro Vancouver

Tina Hurd is a professional with extensive experience in program management, specifically in designing and implementing training programs for women in non-traditional industries. Tina has worked at YWCA Metro Vancouver since 2012, where Tina managed programs such as Level Up, Changing Gears, and Breaking Ground. Tina also served as a facilitator and career advisor, providing guidance and support to women seeking employment opportunities. Prior to their role at YWCA, Tina worked at WCG International as an Employment Counsellor and Case Coordinator. Tina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social & Clinical Psychology from the University of B.C and an Employment Counsellor Diploma from Cornerstone Education.
