Debra Perry has extensive experience in advocacy and crisis intervention services, currently serving as the Director of Advocacy & Crisis Intervention Services at YWCA Metropolitan Chicago since February 2014. In this role, Debra manages the operations of three Crisis Hotlines and oversees Medical and Criminal Justice Advocacy services for sexual assault survivors across Chicago, South Cook County, and DuPage County. Prior to this, Debra held the positions of Manager of Advocacy & Crisis Intervention Services and Manager of Prevention & Advocacy Services at the YWCA Metropolitan Chicago South Suburban Center, as well as Supervising Advocate at the YWCA of Metropolitan Chicago from January 2011 to May 2012.
