Katie Gleason serves as the Director of Children's Mental Health Consultation at YWCA Metropolitan Chicago, focusing on strategic delivery of mental health services informed by gender and racial equity. Previous roles include Adjunct Faculty and Field Liaison at Erikson Institute, Senior Clinical Supervisor at Erie Neighborhood House, Program Director at Juvenile Protective Association for the Connect 2 Kindergarten initiative, and various positions involving psychotherapy and assessment for young children and families. Katie holds a Master’s of Social Work from Loyola University Chicago, a Master of Science in Child Development from Erikson Institute, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Integrative Physiology from the University of Colorado Boulder.
