Emily Jackson has extensive experience in development and communications within nonprofit organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Development Officer at YWCA of Minneapolis since September 2013, Emily has previously held key roles such as Institutional Giving Manager at The Harlem School of the Arts and Grants and Communications Writer at Services for the Underserved. Earlier experience includes positions as Development Associate at Madison Square Boys & Girls Club and Development Assistant/Database Coordinator at New York Studio School. Emily also worked as a Development Assistant at Milano The New School for Management and Urban Policy and served as a Youth Development Volunteer for the Peace Corps in Bulgaria. Academically, Emily holds a Master's degree in Non-Profit Management from The New School and a Bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
