Lauren Trunko

Lauren Trunko is an accomplished leader in community engagement, program development, and fundraising, currently serving as the Chief Development Officer at YWCA NorthEastern NY since July 2013. With a strong focus on empowering women and eliminating racism, Lauren has held various roles within the organization, including Director of Women and Family Services and Housing Coordinator, where responsibilities included case management and staff oversight. Previous experience encompasses leadership positions at The Counseling and Psychotherapy Center, Inc., Eliot Community Human Services, and Tampa Crossroads, Inc., where Lauren developed comprehensive service plans and facilitated training while enhancing collaborations with community agencies. An educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Criminology from the University of Tampa.
