Leadership Team

The Leadership Team at the YWCA of Western Massachusetts is responsible for setting the strategic direction, overseeing daily operations, managing human resources, and ensuring the organization's mission of providing shelter, support services, and tools for self-sufficiency to women and girls in the community is fulfilled effectively. This team includes the President, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Vice President of Human Resources. Together, they make key decisions to drive organizational success and community impact.
