Diana Guzman

Diana Guzman began their work experience in 2006 as a Personnel Clerk/Administration Clerk in the United States Marine Corps, where they were responsible for filing, records management, personnel data entry, and data management. Diana also handled tasks such as creating personnel orders, making travel arrangements, and requesting area clearances for overseas travel through naval messages. In 2018, Diana joined the YWCA of Western Massachusetts as an HR Assistant, and they worked in this role until April 2021. Diana then progressed to become the Human Resources Director in the same company in April 2021. In June 2023, Diana was promoted to the role of VP of HR.

Diana Guzman has a diverse education history in the field of Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration. From 2018 to 2020, they attended American International College, where they pursued a degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University in 2014 to 2015. Additionally, they completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) focused on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration at DeVry University from 2011 to 2013. During the same period, they also attended Devry College of New York, where they earned another Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree in Human Resource Management.
