Richel Davies

Richel Davies is the current Director at YWCA Toronto. Prior to that, they were the Administrative Coordinator for the Indigenous Innovation Initiative from October 2020 to May 2021. Davies has also worked as a Talent Acquisition and Brand Specialist for Parkland Corporation from July 2018 to October 2020, a Physician Recruiter for Medicentres Canada Inc from September 2016 to July 2018, and an HR Manager for FirstService Residential Alberta from January 2016 to July 2016. Davies has also worked as an HR Coordinator for E-Care Contact Centers from February 2012 to January 2013 and as an HR Generalist for Anderson Orthopedics from January 2013 to December 2015.

Richel Davies has a Bachelor’s Degree in English/Visual Arts from the University of the Fraser Valley. Richel also has an Associate Certificate in Marketing Management - Public Relations from the British Columbia Institute of Technology. Additionally, they have a Public Administration degree from Ryerson University. Richel is also certified by CPHR Alberta as a Charted Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) and by the Institute of Professional Management - IPM as a Registered Professional Recruiter (RPR). Lastly, they have a certification from CPHR Manitoba as a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP).
