Kyle Rutledge

Kyle Rutledge, MPA, serves as the Individual Giving Manager and Development Manager at YWCA Tulsa since December 2020. Prior to this role, Kyle was a Campaign Fellow at Tulsa Area United Way from February 2020 to December 2020 and worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Oklahoma from June 2018 to June 2020. Kyle's experience with Phi Kappa Tau Fraternity includes roles as Senior Success Manager and Recruiter, focusing on supporting campus leaders and managing expansion efforts across the U.S. Additionally, Kyle contributed as a Communication Intern at Phi Kappa Tau Executive Offices in 2014, where media content and leadership program materials were developed for a national convention. Kyle holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Oklahoma (2020) and a B.S. in Strategic Communications from Oklahoma State University (2014), with a focus on Public Relations and a minor in Marketing.
