Monica Roers

Monica Roers serves as the National Director of Member Services at YWCA USA, providing essential support and guidance to over 200 local associations focused on empowering women and eliminating racism. Previously, Monica held key leadership roles, including President & CEO of Seniors' Resource Center, where the operating budget increased from $10 million to $12 million, and Executive Director of Family Star Montessori, overseeing a $5 million organization. Additional experience includes positions at Spark the Change Colorado, where significant funding was secured for mental wellness programs, and involvement in higher education as Affiliate Faculty at Regis University. Monica's career is distinguished by a commitment to enhancing community services, organizational development, and nonprofit management, bolstered by a Master's in Public and Private Management from Yale University and a BA from St. Catherine University.
