Thy Nguyễn

Thy Nguyễn is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in grants management, program development, and social justice advocacy. Currently serving as the Associate Director for Grants/Housing Operations/Data at YWCA USA, Thy Nguyễn provides coaching and consulting to program staff while overseeing strategic planning, funding management, and program implementation across various initiatives including housing, youth services, and domestic violence support. In addition to this role, Thy Nguyễn operates Thy Nguyen Consulting, LLC, focused on individualized coaching for BIPOC, queer, and trans individuals, as well as facilitating organizational development aimed at advancing equity and justice. With a diverse background that includes being the Tacoma Poet Laureate and advocating for LGBTQ youth, Thy Nguyễn demonstrates a strong commitment to social equity and community empowerment, supported by a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from the University of Washington.
