Danie Martin, J.D., M.S., currently serves as a Crisis Response Advocate and Resident Counselor at YWCA York since October 2019, providing critical support to clients in crisis, facilitating intake processes, and managing case documentation. Previously, Danie contributed as a Workforce Development Coordinator at Lancaster County Career and Technology Center, assisting local businesses in enhancing employee skills through customized training. Danie has experience as a Crisis Worker at Pressley Ridge, where responsibilities included connecting families with vital resources and developing safety and treatment plans. Additional roles include serving as a Student Attorney at the University of Baltimore School of Law, where Danie focused on immigration law and client representation, and positions in management and fundraising at Ithaca College. Danie holds both a Juris Doctor and a Master of Science in Negotiation and Conflict Management from the University of Baltimore, along with a Bachelor's degree from Ithaca College.
