Program Management

The Program Management team at YWCA White Plains & Central Westchester oversees and coordinates a diverse range of community programs designed to promote economic empowerment, youth leadership, and health and wellness. They ensure the effective implementation and continuous improvement of initiatives that align with the organization's mission to eliminate racism and empower women, while managing resources and fostering collaboration among various departments.
