Francesco Meloni

Mr. Meloni is a Partner and Head of Strategic Finance within ZCG Consulting (“ZCGC”). Mr. Meloni has extensive experience in all aspects of strategic financial oversight, planning and analysis, including M&A valuation, due diligence, contract negotiations, integration planning and execution; dynamic transformation initiatives in treasury and cash-management; and oversight of portfolio-wide financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting and root-cause analysis.

Prior to joining ZCGC, Mr. Meloni was a Senior Director with Accordion Partners (“Accordion”). At Accordion, Mr. Meloni was a strategic finance consultant where he led a wide variety of engagements across multiple industries on FP&A, IPO/sale readiness, performance improvement and financing.

Prior to Accordion, Mr. Meloni was a Director at HSBC. During his tenure, Mr. Meloni drove origination and execution of financing and M&A transactions for banks, insurance and asset management companies across the U.S., Canada and Latin America.

Mr. Meloni began his career in investment banking where he was focused on the financial services sector at Lehman Brothers and Barclays, and held leadership positions in corporate development at Dun & Bradstreet and TravelClick, a private equity-owned software firm serving the hospitality sector.

Mr. Meloni holds his Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Economics and French from University of Sussex (UK) and received his MBA from University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He also received his MS in Accounting from St. John’s University and is licensed as a CPA in NY State.
