Geoffrey Griffen

Mr. Griffen is a Senior Associate, Strategic Finance, with ZCG Consulting (“ZCGC”). Mr. Griffen is responsible for portfolio company financial reporting, due diligence and other M&A support, data analytics and assisting with strategic finance transformation initiatives.

Prior to joining ZCGC, Mr. Griffen served in various roles of increasing responsibility at PricewaterhouseCoopers (“PwC”). As a Deals Manager specializing in financial and accounting due diligence, Mr. Griffen served private equity clients and their respective portfolio companies on both buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions. His work focused on quality of revenue and earnings, working capital, debt, and debt-like analysis, and analyzing financial data to identify and understand historical and projected financial and operating results and trends.

Mr. Griffen’s career at PwC started in the asset management audit practice. Mr. Griffen was a key member of audit engagement teams responsible for auditing year-end financial statement of hedge funds, private equity funds and fund of funds.

Mr. Griffen holds a Bachelor of Science in Management and received his Master of Science in Accounting from Boston College, Wallace E. Carroll School of Management. Mr. Griffen obtained his CPA in 2016 and is currently licensed in the State of New York.
