Peter Yeh

Mr. Yeh is a Director, Strategic Finance, with ZCG Consulting (“ZCGC”) and has extensive experience in financial planning and analysis (“FP&A”), budgeting and identifying and implementing initiatives to unlock value across multiple industries. Mr. Yeh is responsible for portfolio company financial reporting, due diligence, M&A support and assisting with strategic finance transformation initiatives.

Prior to joining ZCGC, Mr. Yeh worked with Strategy&, part of the PwC Network within their Private Equity Value Creation group and was a Director with ToneyKorf Partners. In these roles, he was responsible for identifying and leading multiple performance improvement initiatives, working cross-functionally and providing strategic finance and M&A support.

Prior to ToneyKorf, Mr. Yeh was a Manager with the Private Equity Performance Improvement Group at Alvarez & Marsal. During his tenure, he led a variety of strategic engagements in retail, manufacturing and financial services, including operating as the interim Head of FP&A for a mid-sized PE-backed insurance company.

Mr. Yeh began his career in Cigna’s Financial Development Program in various roles of increasing responsibility focused on FP&A, controllership and underwriting.

Mr. Yeh holds a Bachelor of Arts in Financial Economics with a Minor in Probabilistic Mathematics and received his MBA, Finance, Organizational and Competitive Strategy from the University of Rochester, Simon Graduate School of Business.
