Julian Hughes

Julian leads the Strategy and Risk functions at Z. For the past four years he was General Manager of Health, Safety, Security and Environment, leading a transformation programme to improve operational risk management at Z. Julian has over 20 years’ experience working in senior roles in the public and private sectors in New Zealand business.

He has a Master degree from Auckland University and is a member of the New Zealand Institute of Directors.
