Gareth Kohlhausen

Gareth Kohlhausen is a seasoned professional in real estate and finance, currently serving as the Vice President of Leasing and Landlord Representation at Z3 Real Estate since February 2017. Prior to this role, Gareth held multiple positions at Capgemini from July 2012 to February 2017, including Alliance Director, Senior Consultant, and Consultant. An early career included a wealth management internship at Merrill Lynch during summer 2011 and a roustabout position at Hercules Offshore in summer 2010. Gareth earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Trinity University, where studies were completed from 2008 to 2012, following education at St. Thomas High School from 2004 to 2008.
