Jeff Zinn

Jeff Zinn serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Z3 Real Estate starting January 2024. Zinn has been a member of the Board of Directors for Central Bank of Houston since August 2010. Previously, Zinn was the President of Latipac Commercial, Inc. from September 1994 until January 2024. Zinn earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Southern Methodist University between 1990 and 1994.
