Mauricio Gafforelli has had two work experiences. Mauricio worked at GORGS from May 2009 to May 2021 as a Secretário Executivo. Currently, they are working at Zabbix as a Communications & Marketing Analyst LatAm, starting in June 2021 as a Communications & Marketing Assistant LatAm and is still holding this position.

Mauricio Gafforelli completed their bachelor's degree in Public Relations with a focus on Communication from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul between 2015 and 2018. Following that, they pursued a postgraduate degree in Corporate Management and Governance at Faculdade Metropolitana from 2020 to 2021.
