Prior to current responsibilities, Marvin held the position of roadway superintendent at The Middlesex Corporation and worked as a roadway foreman at The Lane Construction Corporation, Cherry Hill Construction Co., Inc., and Southland Construction, Inc., accumulating significant expertise in managing roadway projects.
