Tinsley Smith

Tinsley Smith has over two decades of experience in community investment, philanthropy, and corporate social responsibility. Currently, Tinsley serves as the Director of Community Investment and Philanthropy at Zachry Group since March 2013. Prior to this role, Tinsley was a Senior Manager of Corporate Social Responsibility at Fossil Inc from October 2003 to March 2013, where responsibilities included establishing Fossil’s Global CSR Department and ensuring compliance with labor laws and environmental initiatives. Tinsley's career also includes experience as a Senior Internal Auditor and an Auditor II at Burlington Northern Santa Fe. Tinsley holds a BBA in Finance with a minor in Political Science from Texas Christian University, earned in May 1999.
