Oleg Voloshin

Oleg Voloshin's work experience includes a role as the CTO at Zacks Investment Research since 2009. Prior to that, they founded IT Lever in 2003 and worked there until 2009. Oleg also served as the Director of Strategy and Architecture at United Airlines in 2002 and as the Director of Infrastructure at Avolar from 2001 to 2002. Before that, they were the VP of Technology at Q Interactive from 1998 to 2001 and the Director of NavTools at HERE, a Nokia company, from 1995 to 1998. Oleg started their career as a Program Manager at SEI from 1988 to 1995 and worked as a Member of Technical Staff at MDBS from 1984 to 1986.

Oleg Voloshin completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer Science and Biomedical Engineering at Northwestern University from 1981 to 1984. Oleg further pursued Computational Mathematics and Computer Science at the University of Chicago from 1986 to 1988.
