Catherine Vo

Catherine Vo has extensive experience in product development and innovation within the food industry. Currently serving as the Director of Product at Zack's Mighty since June 2021, Catherine has spearheaded the innovation pipeline for new product lines at Whole Foods Market and led initiatives in quality assurance and co-packer relations. Prior to this role, Catherine held various positions at Sir Kensington's, ultimately as Director of Product, where responsibilities included overseeing product ideation and commercialization. Additional experience includes roles in research and development, product formulation, and quality control across multiple organizations, showcasing a strong foundation in culinary applications and product certifications. Catherine holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Health from the University of California, Berkeley, and has engaged in various charitable culinary activities, demonstrating a commitment to both innovation and community involvement.
