Yousef Alowaisi

Yousef ALOwaisi is an experienced operations and client relations professional with a diverse background in customer service and management. Currently serving as Head of Operations at Zad since November 2022, Yousef previously held the position of Manager - Client Relations. Prior to that, Yousef worked at WeCare Kuwait as CRM Manager from May 2021 to October 2022. Earlier experience includes a five-year tenure at Boubyan Bank, where Yousef progressed from Contact Center Advisor to Senior Customer Contact Advisor and ultimately to Team Leader - Direct Channels Contact Center. Yousef holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Gulf University for Science and Technology, completed in 2018.
