Jyri Vähä-Pietilä has a wealth of experience in the tech industry. Jyri began their career in 2011 as a Game Programmer for Aksios Corporation Oy. In 2012, they took on three roles simultaneously: Game Programmer, Operations for Rovio Entertainment Ltd., Platform Specialist, and Junior Platform Specialist. That same year, they also completed an internship and Bachelor's Thesis at Adam Opel GmbH, where they worked in the Systems Engineering & Architecture division in a project for developing new status tests for German periodical technical inspection. Their main tasks included collecting and defining requirements for the status test, as well as analyzing the current system. In 2016, they became the Co-Founder and Chief Hacking Officer for Zadaa.
Jyri Vähä-Pietilä obtained a Master's Degree in Computer Science from LUT University between 2015 and 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Information Technology from Helsinki Metropolia University of Applied Sciences between 2008 and 2012, as well as a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Information Technology from Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences between 2011 and 2012. Additionally, they obtained a Certified Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance in June 2015.
