Panu Nykänen

Head of Customer Support at Zadaa

Panu Nykänen has worked in a variety of roles since 2010. Panu began their career at Groupon, where they served as Head of Aftersales, COO, and Development Manager (Finland) from 2010 to 2015. From 2015 to 2021, they worked at Paybyway Oy as a Key Account Manager, Bambora as a Customer Service Agent and Key Account Manager, Duuers as a Duuer, and Cost for Reno Oy as a Customer Success Manager. In 2021, they began working at Inex Partners Oy as an Automaation laitekäyttäjä and at Zadaa as a Head of Customer Support and Customer Support Specialist. Additionally, Nykänen has been a Daddy at Home since 2019.

Panu Nykänen has been pursuing a degree in Leadership and Management at the University of Lapland since 2004. Prior to this, they studied Information Technology, Business and Administration at LUT University.
