Roberta Orlandi

Roberta Orlandi has a strong background in operations and logistics, with a focus on retail and customer operations. Roberta is currently the Vice President of Operations at Zadig&Voltaire, a position they have held since August 2022. Before that, they were the Director of Logistics and Customer Operations at DOLCE&GABBANA for almost 17 years. In this role, they played a key role in overhauling the 3PL selection process and achieving operational excellence. Prior to that, they worked at FURLA, where they held various roles including Manager of Retail Operations and Manager of Logistics and Customer Operations. During their time at FURLA, they were instrumental in executing the opening of new franchise stores, implementing a POS system, and optimizing order flow and deliveries. Before joining FURLA, they worked at MartiniSPA as the Manager of Export Sales, where they expanded the customer base and developed partnerships with distributors and major retailers.
