Rakesh Sreekumaran

Rakesh Sreekumaran is an accomplished professional in customer experience and digital transformation within the banking sector. Currently serving as the Director of Global Customer Experience & Onboarding at Zafin since March 2023, Rakesh has a rich background in financial services and project management. Prior to this role, Rakesh held several positions at Accenture from March 2019 to March 2023, including Business & Integration Arch Manager and Project Lead, focusing on the Zafin platform for North American clients. Rakesh's earlier experiences at Zafin from 2011 to 2019 encompassed roles as Senior Business Analyst and Test Lead, and further experience as Test Lead at IBM and Technical Associate at Tech Mahindra. Rakesh's academic foundation includes a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communication from the University of Kerala, obtained between 2000 and 2004.
