Hadar Amedy

Hadar Amedy currently serves as the Director of HR & Operations at Zafran Security, a position held since September 2024. Prior experience includes roles as HR Team Lead and Program Manager at Exactius from November 2020 to September 2024, and Customer Success Manager at Keywee in 2020. Hadar also worked as a Case and Project Manager at Gvanim Association from 2016 to 2019, leading initiatives for integrating individuals with mental needs into the Israel Defense Forces (IDF). Additional experience encompasses serving as Branch Manager at High Q from 2012 to 2016, overseeing administrative tasks and marketing campaigns, and functioning as Adjutant Commander in the Special Populations department of the IDF from 2009 to 2011, where advocacy for soldiers' needs was paramount. Hadar holds a Bachelor of Social Work from Sapir College, completed in 2016.
