Soula has held positions in various industries, including telecommunications, insurance, food and beverage, and business services. Soula's most recent role is as the Head of Talent, Capability, and People at Zagame Corporation, starting in February 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources professional at CollectAU Pty Ltd in 2021. From 2020 to 2021, Soula served as the Learning and Organisational Development Manager at MLC Life Insurance. Before that, they held the position of Head of Talent & Capability at illion Australia and New Zealand from 2013 to 2020. Soula's experience also includes a role as the People Capability Manager at TAL Direct (formerly Insuranceline) from 2010 to 2013, where they oversaw significant growth and mergers within the organization. Soula'searly career includes a long tenure as a Contact Centre Manager at Singtel Optus from 1994 to 2010 and as a Sales and Service Manager at PepsiCo Australia and New Zealand from 1991 to 1994.
Soula Skliros holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Social Sciences from La Trobe University. Additionally, they have obtained a Diploma of Education with a focus on Psychology & Legal Studies from the University of Melbourne.
