Sarah Stutman

Sarah Stutman, MBA, aPHR, currently serves as the HR Manager at ZAGENO Inc. since October 2023. Previously, Sarah held the position of Senior Human Resources Generalist at Lightelligence, where significant responsibilities included leading HR for US employees, implementing the first HRIS system, and managing recruitment efforts. Prior experiences also include roles at Tines as a People Operations Generalist, where Sarah developed Tines' first employee handbook and leave policies, and at Boston University as a Senior Development Associate, focusing on organizational development and strategic event planning. Sarah's career began at Rapid7, where recognition included the Rockstar Award. Sarah holds an MBA with a focus on Social Impact, Leadership, and Organizational Transformation from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Italian Studies from Trinity College-Hartford.
