Sujeet Acharya

Sujeet Acharya is an experienced operations manager currently working at Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Pvt. Ltd. since August 2013, initially serving as Assistant Manager and later advancing to Manager Operation. In this role, Sujeet Acharya focuses on fulfilling corporate requirements in collaboration with the sales team and works closely with the Director of Development and Chief Executive Officer to craft strategies for corporate gifting. Prior to this, Sujeet Acharya spent eight years at Citibank as a Senior Customer Service Executive, where responsibilities included posting analysis results and ensuring exceptional customer service in line with departmental service level agreements.
