Carlos Secada

Carlos Secada is an accomplished entrepreneur and leader with extensive experience in the technology and financial sectors. As the Founder and CEO of Zagitas, Carlos focuses on enhancing productivity and results through AI-powered Workflow Automation. Carlos currently contributes to the DMZ as an Incubator ’25 member, supporting the development of emerging tech entrepreneurs. Previously, Carlos founded and served as President of Eolo SAC, held the position of Vice President at Guy Carpenter, and led key roles at Citibank, including Citigold Country Head and Credit Cards Country Head. Carlos began the professional journey as a Consultant at Accenture. Educational credentials include an MBA in Business from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, a BS in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Lima, and a Diploma in Liberal Arts Science from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
