Dr. Igor Štimac

Dr. Igor Štimac, PhD, IAP, EMBA, FRAeS, serves as an instructor for the ACI-ICAO Airport Management Professional Accreditation Program (AMPAP) at ACI World since March 2023. With extensive experience at Zagreb Airport Ltd. since 2004, Dr. Štimac holds the position of Vice President & Director of Airport Operations and Development Supervision Department, in addition to managing various consulting, technical assistance, and educational initiatives. Dr. Štimac has contributed to the development of over 40 aviation projects and has played a significant role in several management and educational capacities within the aviation sector, including serving as an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Transport and Traffic Sciences. Dr. Štimac holds multiple advanced degrees, including a PhD from the University of Zagreb, and has specialized training from esteemed institutions such as Stanford University and Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, emphasizing expertise in aviation management and operations.
