Maja Martinović

Maja Martinovic currently serves as a Member of the Supervisory Board and President of the Nomination Committee at Privredna banka Zagreb d.d. within the Intesa Sanpaolo Group, along with membership in the Audit Committee since May 2022. Martinovic is also a Member of the Supervisory Board at Končar - Elektroindustrija d.d. since November 2020. In academia, Martinovic holds the position of Associate Dean and Professor at the Zagreb School of Economics and Management, contributing to the Graduate MBA Program and serving as a Member of the Supervisory Board at the ZSEM Business Academy since 2012. Previous roles include President and Vice President of the Audit Committee and Supervisory Board at Croatian Radiotelevision from December 2017 to December 2021 and a Member of the Accreditation Council at the Agency for Science and Higher Education from January 2016 to January 2021. Maja Martinovic has enhanced expertise through participation in the International Faculty Development Program at IESE Business School and holds a PhD in Economics - Marketing from the University of Zagreb.
