Kyla Hanaway

Kyla Hanaway is the VP of HR and Administration at Zagster, where she oversees recruiting and onboarding for all employees and contractors in corporate and field roles, strategic planning, organizational development, and internal communications. Since joining Zagster in 2016, Kyla has been a leader in the company, overseeing a variety of business operations functions. Before that, Kyla served as an administrator in Michael Porter’s Institute of Strategy and Competitiveness at Harvard Business School. She graduated from Simmons College with a bachelor’s degree in political science.
