Henry Seals

Henry Seals has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Henry most recently held the role of Chief Operating Officer at Zaiko, starting in August 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Zaiko from May 2022 to August 2023. Henry also worked at Philip Morris International as a Manager P&C from March 2020 to May 2022. Before that, they were the Vice President HR/GA at Paidy from April 2018 to March 2020. Henry's earlier experience includes positions at AIG, Dale Carnegie, and ING Life Insurance Co. Ltd, Japan, where they held various roles in marketing, talent management, and human resources.

Henry Seals received a Bachelor of Science degree in East Asian Studies from Harvard University, completing their studies between 1992 and 1996. In 1994 and 1995, Henry attended Kyoto University to study Japanese History, Art, and Literature. Prior to their university education, Henry attended MBK High School from 1989 to 1992. Henry also has a certification as a certified Dale Carnegie trainer from Dale Carnegie.
