Ihab Shahin

Ihab Shahin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in revenue assurance, fraud management, and database administration, primarily within the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as Revenue Assurance and Fraud Senior Manager at Zain Jordan since April 2021, Ihab previously held various roles at Zain, including Revenue Assurance team leader and Convergent Charging and Provisioning Systems team leader.
