Raad Qandah is a seasoned network performance analyst with extensive experience at Zain Jordan since May 2013, currently serving in a senior role focused on collecting and analyzing network performance data, monitoring KPIs and KQIs, and advising on service updates based on market trends. Prior to this, Raad held the position of Core Network Engineer, responsible for maintaining core network stability and implementing improvement projects. Earlier experience includes a role as a QA & Automation Engineer at LG Electronics, where scripting for remote testing of mobile devices and defect analysis in mobile software were key responsibilities. Raad holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications Engineering from Princess Sumaya University for Technology and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Digital Transformation at IE University. Additionally, Raad completed general secondary education certification at Franciscan Sisters School.
