Abdullah al Taleb عبدالله ال طالب

Abdullah Al Taleb is currently the General Manager of Technology at Zain KSA, focusing on the development and management of e-channels. Previously, Abdullah served as Director of Information Technology at Solutions by 42, overseeing project initiation and resource planning across Software Engineering teams. Abdullah also held the role of Business Transformation Manager, where project development and progress monitoring were key responsibilities. In an earlier position as a researcher at the University of Southampton, Abdullah worked on agile processes and published findings in peer-reviewed journals. Other notable roles include Software Architect at MRN SYSTEMS and Senior Software Developer at GOSI, along with founding the Mithaq Program and beginning a career as a Software Developer at the National Information Center in Saudi Arabia. Abdullah holds a PhD in Software Engineering from the University of Southampton, along with degrees from UC San Diego, Southern Methodist University, and Imam Muhammad ibn Saud Islamic University.
