Alaa Khreisat has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Alaa began their career at MobileCom "Orange" as an RF Quality Engineer, where they prepared reports on network performance. Alaa then worked at Rada Electronics as a Sales Engineer before joining Umniah as a Network Operations Engineer. In this role, they were responsible for database administration, network monitoring, and software upgrades. Alaa then moved to Nokia Siemens Networks as a Network Optimization & Performance Consultant, and later became the Performance and Capacity Management Manager. Alaa joined Zain KSA in 2013 as the Customer Centric Management Manager and currently holds the position of Data Analytics Director.
