Radhi Boushahri

Radhi Boushahri has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as the Business Support Systems Director at Zain Kuwait since January 2001. In this role, Radhi leads Intelligent Network teams, focusing on achieving high customer satisfaction through effective management of core operations and maintenance. Prior positions include Intelligent Network Services Manager and IN Team Leader, where Radhi oversaw daily activities to ensure alignment with business objectives and stakeholder requirements. Previously, Radhi was the BSS Department Manager at Zain from February 2013 to October 2016. Radhi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Colorado Denver, completed in June 2000.
