Abdul Ghaffar Setareh

AbdulGhaffar Setareh has an extensive background in the telecommunications industry, with experience in various leadership roles focusing on risk management, security, network operations, and transmission engineering. AbdulGhaffar holds an Engineer’s Degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Ecole Nationale des Telecommunications and completed their high school education at College Saint John. Currently serving as the Group Risk Director at Zain, AbdulGhaffar provides strategic direction for risk management practices across all business units. Prior to this, AbdulGhaffar held positions such as Corporate Security Manager at Zain Kuwait, Director Network Operations at Arab Telecom (Mada Kuwait), and Senior Transmission Engineer at mtc Kuwait and the Ministry of Communication, Kuwait.
